Launch notification privacy notice
BoastYourCatch Limited collects your email address voluntarily to send you one announcement when our online shop launches. If you do not provide an email address, you simply will not receive that announcement. We will not add you to a newsletter or use your address for unrelated marketing.
The signup data is held in a separate Supabase project hosted in Sydney, Australia. We intend to deliver the announcement through our existing Resend email provider. There is no BYC customer account, password or email-verification process for this list.
Unannounced active email addresses are cleared after 180 days; announced addresses after 30 days. Unsubscribing or requesting deletion clears the stored plaintext address. Limited suppression, consent and delivery/audit records may remain to prevent unwanted resubscription and document compliance; provider backups and logs have separate retention.
For access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, contact BoastYourCatch Limited at info@boastyourcatch.com. We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant address before processing a request.
